While at Palmer, Bobby became interested in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), participated in the club, and served as the club president for a year.
Dr. Bobby attributes his approach to chiropractic care from his studies in SOT, while also utilizing a variety of different techniques specifically tailored to patients including infants just days old. In addition to the chiropractic adjustment he also likes to incorporate nutritional therapy when treating patients, maximizing patient potential. Lastly, his passion for patient education on a variety of subjects including disease processes and healthy lifestyle continues to provide motivation on a daily basis.
In his free time, Bobby enjoys a variety of indoor and outdoor activities including basketball, weight training, hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping. He often travels to his hometown of Minocqua, WI to enjoy the summers of northern Wisconsin.
Dr. Kimberly Capes, D.C.
Dr. Capes grew up on a small farm a few miles south of St. Cloud, MN. After high school Dr. Capes attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine, and was actively involved in club volleyball and softball.
She went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. While attending the university Dr. Capes was actively involved in student senate, sports committee, and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Today Dr. Capes is certified in the Webster Technique, which is a specific technique used in the sacroiliac/pelvic region mainly performed on pregnant women to keep their bodies properly aligned during pregnancy which allows optimal growth for the fetus.
Dr. Capes takes pride in caring for pregnant women as well as newborns and children. She knows each child is unique and precious, and always keeps that in mind when treating. Every child has the ability to function at his/her optimal level, but sometimes needs a little extra help achieving that potential which is where Dr. Capes thrives to help them get there.
